Broth of life のボーンブロスは、ボーン（骨）ブロス（スープ（スコットランドからの由来））
一般に水、酢、筋肉の一部、腱、骨を最低２４時間の時間を煮込む事によって　骨から沢山のミネラル成分、豊富な栄養素が摂取でき、又　お酢を加えることにより骨を柔らかくし指で押しつぶしが出来る位骨がトロトロになり、贅沢に出来上がるボーンスープです。
